Handled EVERYTHING for us!

Petra, We just wanted to send you a letter thanking you for your help in selling our home. Our experience was wonderful and we will never forget your understanding and compassion in our situation. It was a very difficult decision for us to sell our home after 21 years. We could not believe we had showings within days of you posting our home. Each and every time we had a showing you gave us plenty of time to prepare and if we could not, you were again always understanding and able to reschedule. We cannot think of a time that you were never available to take our phone calls, emails or even our texts. You answered all of questions and explained things to us in detail and if we didn’t understand, you were patient to explain again. And trust us we had lots of questions/concerns!!! We also liked the fact that you handled EVERYTHING for us. We could not believe it. Once we started the original paperwork, you took it from there. You have also maintained contact with us after the selling of our home. You were recommended to us by a friend and we recommended you to one of our friends.
