Lakeland FL – Downtown Farmers Curb Market Season Starts September 1, 2012
The Downtown Farmers Curb Market in Lakeland, Fl is relocating from 200 N. Kentucky Avenue in front of the Peterson Building to literally taking the market to the streets at Downtown Lakeland. From North Kentucky Avenue to the rail road tracks on the southern end, up to Traders Alley. The Farmers Curb Market will start its 8th season September 1, 2012.
It has become one of the premier thing-to-do on Saturdays. It is open throughout the year from September through July every Saturday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. You will find so many products from organic fruits and vegetables that are grown locally to oils, soaps, flowers and a lot more from our local vendors. On selected Saturdays you will here live music, festivals, and other activities on regular basis.
The month of September kicks off another 50-week Farmers Curb Market in downtown Lakeland Florida onSaturdays between 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
You will find so many different and unique products from over 25 vendors at any given day such as:
- fresh locally grown vegetables
- organic herbs, spices and teas
- bake goods
- plants & herbs
- homemade soaps, candles and textiles
- Local crafts, such as jewelry, beads, pottery and stones
- food from Sugar Buzz, EcoFarm, BJB Seafood, The Poor Porker and more.

- pet supplies
Parking is easy too; Saturdays are free to park on the north side of Munn Park or the Bay Street lot as well as the yellow zone parking and in bank parking lots. Driving downtown to the Farmers Curb Market on Wednesdays please follow your parking limits of 2hrs in the yellow zone parking. There is ample parking available nearby in public parking garages.
