Had our best interest at heart

I could tell from the start that Petra Norris not only had our best interest at heart but also took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. We were purchasing a home in Lakeland, FL while still living in Atlanta, GA. We came to Lakeland a few times to look at homes with Petra, but as time was running short and I was unable to take time off from work, Petra went to look at homes for us. She knew exactly what we were looking for, knew our tastes and personality and found the perfect home for us. We had so much trust in Petra and her knowledge of who we are, that we put an offer in on a house, without actually having seen it. She sent pictures of the house to us and we did a Skype walk-thru of the home and agreed, that this was indeed the house for us. Petra couldn't have found a better home for us. The location is exactly what we wanted, with grocery stores, restaurants, etc.. within walking and biking distance and the home itself meets all of our needs and in fact, surpasses our expectations. Petra was there for us every step of the way, I highly recommend working with her. She takes the time to really listen and hear what her clients are looking for and she will not stop working until she has found the right home for you. Thank you again, Petra!!
