However, the overall median home prices for existing homes in Lakeland Florida rebounded from the previous month and remained the same from the previous year. While distressed properties continue to be a major contributor in determining market values for Lakeland FL homes, September market share of distressed homes however, decreased to 46% from the previous months.

A stable “healthy housing market has a supply of six month in inventory. Lakeland’s housing market has a total of 1906 including active Lakeland FL Homes for Saleand homes that have gone under contract (pending). From the chart below you can see the overall housing trend with respect to Supply on Market shows still there is a buyers market. However, with our upcoming busy season in the Fall and Winter, I suspect that the supply on market will show improvement.
